Tatianna is sporting an edgier look with a leopard print beret with a silver tinge that is actually reversible to an all-over tan colour. She is also wearing a collar necklace which is an absolute must-have for jewellery this fall. You can also find faux collar necklaces in a variety of materials and textures. Mixing and matching stacked bracelets is still very popular moving into fall; she is wearing a combination of silver and pearl bracelets. Her metallic crossover mini handbag is perfect for a day of shopping and can even transition into an evening piece. To round out Tatianna’s outfit, she is wearing the chelsey style boot that has studs on the toe and the heel. Studs and leather embellishments are also big for fall and winter this season.
Breann’s accessories are combination of must-haves this season! Her burgundy beret is a piece that combines a product that you will be seeing a lot of this fall. The rose gold choker necklace and matching charm bracelet go perfectly with almost any outfit and the shawl is great for travelling, cool fall nights or even under your heavy winter coat. These riding boots are such a classic boot and can go with a variety of outfits. Lastly, her satchel bag is great for travelling but would also be ideal for carrying files, folders, and anything else you need for work.
Lauren is wearing our 70’s inspired accessories. She has on a perfect example of a statement necklace – the geometric shape and bold colour combination of purple, peach and gold really make it stand out. This is another trend that is moving into fall and winter – wearing bracelets and mixing and matching shapes, colours, and textures to create many different looks. The purple medium tote adds a great pop of colour that is perfect for a more neutral outfit. Her black suede zip up-boots are very versatile and comfortable and can transition from day to night, from jeans to a dress.

Vacation season is just around the corner, and it’s time to start dreaming about lying on the beach and thinking about nothing. But before that, you should think about what to fill your wardrobe with to make the vacation season totally unforgettable. Below are some swimwear trends that I have noticed making their way into stores at WEM.
1. Sequins
Want to sparkle this summer?! If you love bright and sparkling clothes, you will love this shining swimwear. Sequins will be everywhere on the beach – and in all colours, complimented with beading, crystals, and embroidery.
This trend was spotted at Victoria’s Secret.
2. Retro
Retro is back! Cover your problem areas and feel comfortable in any situation, and still look amazing in a retro-inspired bikini or a one-piece suit.
This trend was spotted at Swimco.
3. Bandeau
Don’t want bikini strap tan lines, Bandeau bikini is the way to go. However, if you’re looking for support, the bandeau top cannot promise you this. This is a hot trend but be wise before you decide to wear it.
This trend was spotted at Quiksilver.
4. Prints
All kinds of prints will look amazing on swimwear this summer! Floral, wild, and tribal prints will be hotter than ever. Other great options are also python, leopard, stripes, and zigzags.
This trend was spotted at Victoria’s Secret.
5. Ruffles
Ruffles are being seen everywhere in West Edmonton Mall this season, which explains why there are so many of them in swimwear fashion. Ruffles add a playful look to an ordinary swimsuit. However, stay clear if you want to look slimmer, especially in the hip area.

The Angels Have Landed!
The annual “Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show” hit the airwaves on CBS last night. First down the runway, starting the show, was Candice Swanepoel, who visited West Edmonton Mall last year at the VS opening.
Later in the show, Miranda Kerr walked out showing off the $2.5-million fantasy bra. She looked amazing – not sure if it was the bra, or her amazing post-baby body!

Michael Kors fashions hit the runway this morning for the Fall New York Fashion Week.
Hollywood stars like Catherine Zeta Jones, Michael Douglas, and Debra Messing came to NY fashion week specifically for his show.
Michael Kors is showing an array of neutrals this fall including various tones and textures of white, grey, brown, rose dust and black.
Cream Sequined tops matched with white shearling coats were paired together with beige wide leg trousers for women and long below-the-knee overcoats and all grey suites were shown for men.

The Angels Have Landed!
The Victoria’s Secret 2011 collection hit the runway last night on CBS. Candice Swanepoel, who visited WEM at the VS opening in August, claimed her status as one of Victoria’s Secrets newest top Angels.
With an opening performance by Akon, the VS fashion show didn’t miss a beat, providing great entertainment, sexy fashions and heavenly bodies.
