My go-to sushi bar in West Edmonton Mall has just celebrated their 1st year anniversary. If you have yet to visit Oranj Sushi Bar, there is no better time than now. To kick off their second year, they are introducing some great new flavours and items to their menu – sushi sandwiches, golden scallops, and tempura ice cream just to name a few!
Their bento boxes (my fav!) are the perfect size for lunch and are filled with bits of deliciousness like luscious sashimi and crispy chicken teriyaki. You can also try a few of their signature Oranj sushi rolls like the Oranj Lobster Combo Roll, Special California (with real snow crab!), and the Unagi Roll (with eel AND crab meat!).
